Extended Product GUARANTEE

• Crystal  Clear/ NTI-tss Plus: 12 months from date of purchase.
• Crown & Bridge: 5 years from date of purchase Pro-Rated Guarantee.

    100% Replacement if product fails within 3 years under normal use.

    50% Guarantee Credit if product fails in years 4 and 5 under normal use.

• New Removable Products: 12 months from date of purchase.

During the product guarantee period Keller will: 

• Remake or repair the original product as described.
• Replace the defective product with a different product of equal value. If the replacement product is of greater value, Keller reserves the right to charge the difference.

The guarantee is specific to the original Patient and Doctor.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Keller guarantees complete customer satisfaction for 90 days after completion or Keller will rework, remake, replace or credit the cost of the original product upon return. In addition, Keller offers an extended product guarantee against product failure due to defective material and workmanship during normal use.
