Because all immediate dentures require subsequent relines or reproductions, we have developed a single procedure to help make an immediate transition denture in less chair time and at a lower cost.

1^st Appointment: Pre-Extraction

• Full arch models or fully extended PVS impressions
• Centric bite for existing occlusion, vertical/centric bite for modifying occlusion
• Stick bite with photo to communicate horizontal plane
• Shade
• If no anterior teeth are present provide both Alameter and Papillameter measurements. Alameter to determine width and placement of anterior teeth. Papillameter to determine length and placement of anterior teeth.

2^nd Appointment:

• Extractions
• Delivery
