This position requires self-motivation, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, great accuracy skills and a sincere care for the customer’s experience. The duties of this role may include the opening of incoming cases, disinfection, handling & packing each outgoing case following our protocol as well as answering inbound phone calls. The ideal candidate will possess strong listening and comprehension skills as well as the ability to type 45 WPM.
