For Keller Prescribing Dentists
- Crystal Clear/NTI-TSS Plus: 12 months from date of purchase.
- Crown & Bridge : 5 years from date of purchase Pro-Rated Warranty.
· 100% Replacement if product fails within 3 years under normal use.
· 50% Warranty Credit if product fails in years 4 and 5 under normal use.
- New Removable Products: 12 months from date of purchase.
During the warranty period Keller will:
- Remake or repair the original product as described.
- Replace the defective product with a different product of equal value. If the replacement product is of greater value, Keller reserves the right to charge the difference.
The warranty is specific to the original Patient and Product.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Keller guarantees complete customer satisfaction for 90 days after completion or Keller will rework, remake, replace or refund the cost of the original products upon return. In addition, Keller offers extended warranty protection against product failure due to defective material and workmanship during normal use.
